Essential Functions:
- Greets and registers donors and patients. Assists with various donor recruitment activities.

- Performs phlebotomy for the collection of whole blood units or samples. Operates automated equipment to collect red cells and plasma.
- Provides post-donation care and instructions, including treatment of adverse reactions.

Essential Functions:

- Ensures that each donor is scheduled at the appropriate fixed site and at the appropriate donation interval.
- Returns calls from the donors responding to recruitment calls.
- Maintains and updates database of volunteer blood donors.
- Meets established recruitment goals and standards
- Assists the telerecruitment supervisor with various recruitment and donor retention programs as assigned.
- Responds to calls for assistance with the donor portal and rewards store as assigned.
- Provides clerical and administrative support for the telerecruitment team.
